VENTILATION SYSTEM Realized with special axial fans in 304 stainless steel and aluminum, fastened through stainless steel screws. The electrofan impellers are in sparkproof execution in aluminum die-casting with reversible wing blades to high efficiency. The electric engine directly connected on the impeller, of the three-phase V. 380 - Hz 50 closed type, class "H" insulation for high temperatures, IP 55 protection for environmental conditions of the tropical type with tropicalized 100% humidity, special bearings with lubricating fat for high temperatures. Every fan is preventively balanced and tested to the test bench. The engine connection cables are in silicone gum for high temperatures (air speed mt/sec. 2.0).

FIREPLACES:For the air saturated with humidity and in order to guarantee the hygrometric equilibrium during the drying phases, they have been set frontally and provided with motorization in order to command the opening and the closing. They are in stainless steel, their opening occurs by servo-control(ON-OFF). V 220 ca. feeding. The expulsion fireplace section has the right dimensions in order to guarantee a perfect air exchange in short times.

SWITCHBOARD: Suitable to manage the entire system in the different drying-process phases (fan and relative reversibility, humidity exhaust fireplaces, electrovalves for the humidification, motorized valve). The switchboard is constructed in compliance with the norms in force and in particular to CEI norms. Its construction is executed in IP 55. Special devices adopted in the course of construction of the electrical circuits inside the board, guarantee just the same, greater security, reliability and inspection, as well as being predisposed for the connection of electronic control equipment.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Inner electrical system for heating, ventilation, expulsion and humidification. The electrical system essentially consists of connections between the switchboard and the different elements of the system, connected between the check equipment and the switchboard. For the passages inside the cell and where there is the exposure to the several temperatures, silicone cables of adapted section are exclusively used.


AUTOMATIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT: Conduction cycle switchboard (Mod. AIRMEC 2800 CARD) with preheating time, heating temperature, preheating UGL, in automatic passage to the drying phase and final conduction, with n° 6 probes for the relief of the wood humidity.

STRUCTURE :The prefabricated self-carrying structure, in 304 stainless steel completely bolted, with self-carrying columns, each column will be fixed to the cement bedplate, executed by the buying Company following our indications with earth dap joint system. The reticular and carrying structures will be assembled in carpentry by lives and bolts exclusively in 304 stainless steel. The structure in normal execution has been proportioned in order to resist to windblasts until 100 Km/h and 150 snowy loads until Kg/m2.


INSULATING PANELLING WITH SANDWICH PANELS: The insulating panelling of the walls and doors is millimeter 80 in thickness. The employed polyurethane has a "thermal K" equal to 0,20 Kcal/h m2 °C. It is covered from both sides in aluminum sheet with anticorrosion treatment.

ROOF: It consists of grecati panels, millimeter 80 + 40 in thickness, in prepainted aluminum, bolted to the reticular structure provided for max 150 snowy loads.

DOORS FOR CELLS LOADING: Sliding doors, realized with press-bent structure from 20/10 in 304 stainless steel, jointed mechanically between them. Such structure has been provided with a guide in aluminum and inside it has been inserted a sturdy neoprene packing. The carrying hinges in 304 stainless steel are fastened to the structure, the door blocking occurs thanks to multiple and independent devices that assure a perfect holding of the packing also in the years. Perfectly insulated and covered with the same procedure used for walls and the cell covering. Check door cell from the outside constructed with stainless steel loom and insulation. It has been equipped with emergency handle for the cell opening from the inside, and it has standard dimensions: L 800 x 1,980 h.


FALSE CEILING :It is inside the cell, installed to 1,000 millimeter from the ceiling, made up of a series of die-casting aluminum sheet mechanically fastened to the structure by aluminum rivets.


THERMAL-EXGHANGE BATTERIES Realized with copper pipes and aluminum finning, suitable to acids liberated from the wood during the drying-process. Moreover, it is possible to install modules having a number of pipes compared to the potentiality demanded by the system. The batteries (every single module) have been also supplied with entrance and exit collectors in copper. The heating modules are jointed to the structure by stainless steel bearings and they are able to assure the right expansions of the materials during the workings. They are realized for the up to 90° C warm water working. They are made smaller with +50° C room temperature.

HUMIDIFICATION: By means of nebulizer nozzles, jointed with stainless steel piping, in order not to provoke alterations in the fibres and the wood colour, guaranteeing the right hygrometric equilibrium inside the cell. Moreover, it is possible to install four nozzles for every cell, jointed with a stainless steel piping. There will be, moreover, the installation of n° 1 electrovalve and n° 1 interception tap. The humidification system will be connected to the existing water net that must have a minimal feeding pressure of 3 bars.

TECHNICAL APPENDIX AND SUPPLY LIMITS The room temperature of the switchboard installation point and of the control equipment does not have to exceed the minimum of 0° C. and the maximum of 40° C. The control equipment and the switchboard must be protect from the bad weather and their installation must be free from vibration. · not to approach within working driers. · the employed aluminum is corrosion-proof. However, it must be avoided that it is attacked by external elements. This is possible to happen in case there are blast furnaces, foundries, concrete factories or chemical products, with the emission of sulfuric gas in the vicinity. · Supply of the systems for working to +80° C. if required. · we recommend that the elements composing the systems must be protect from water until and during the assembly. The eventual covers have to be provided by the customer. · Eventual licences for the installation or the system undertaking have to be provided by customer. · Place of jurisdiction for every controversy is the JUDICIAL AUTHORITY of AVELLINO (ITALY).
