TRUCK EXHAUST FANS WITH ARM
The AC/1B and AC/2B truck exhaust fans are the ideal solution for the suction and filtering of welding, gas, non-oily fumes, smells producted by the most different applications both in the industrial and chemical fields. Main features of the product are the moving facility which allows the position directly over the polluted source, the strong suction and the effective filtering. The electric components belongs to the IMQ type and are according to the laws. All filters of our production are provided with Declaration of Conformity, CE brand and constructed in consideration of the laws in force in matter.

 

The unit is made up of:

1)Fume suction arm made up of: -Auto-holder structure in light alloy; -Aluminium suction hood with adjustment lock-gate, precacious and support net, position handle; - Flex pipe joints in glass material and PVC auto-extinguished; -Compensation joint in aluminium alloy; -Fixing bracket to the zinc-plated steel truck; -Compensation hot zinc-plated steel spring;

2)Filter body made up of a plenum for the polluted air intake with suitable shape and size to the right air distribution on the front of the filtering station; the first filter is in metal net and the second one in viledon or coal cylinders according to the type of employment;

3) High efficiency centrifugal electrofan with three-phase induction engine coupled in axle, sonourous type with movable frontal panel for an easy and quick check and cleaning;

4) Precablato electric board for manually starting, that re-unite the power and test functions.
