AIRMEC active coal filter has its optimal application both in the treatment of emissions coming from the painting work and it is therefore destined to a wide clientele using paints containing organic solvents; and for the welding fume filtration, plasma cutting, slightly oily fumes etc. Our filters represent the most modern answer to the problem of air pollution in the work areas. The remarkable active carbon amount contained in both the versions makes it possible to pull down the gaseous polluting of the emission, guaranteeing the respect of the international laws in force. The unit is constituted by a structure in bolted zinc-plated sheet panels (painted if required) that it is inside it: " Filtrating section: made up of carton/vetrox filters (for painting work) or wire net filters (for welding work) frontally extractable by panels of inspection and able to capture solid pigments. " Active coal section: it is intended to the absorption of the emission gaseous phase, that is of organic solvents contained in the varnish. " Ventilating section: made up either of a transmission double section fan, that puts the unit in depression, expelling the filtered air; or of a direct connection fan put before or after the filter. All the coal filters of our production are provided with Declaration of Conformity, CE brand and built in consideration of the laws in force in matter.
